If the investor is not satisfied with the resolution or the manner in which complaint/grievance is being addressed by FME, they may escalate the issue to the IFSCA via email at
grievance-redressal@ifsca.gov.in preferably within 21 days from receipt of the decision from the CRO/CRAO.
